Welcome to Reddot Publisher (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), a publishing and author branding service based in West Bengal, India.

By accessing our website (www.reddotmedia.in) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide professional services including but not limited to:

  • Ghostwriting & editing
  • Book publishing (Amazon KDP & other platforms)
  • Cover design & formatting
  • Author branding & promotional services
  • Translation & proofreading

All services are customized and delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal rights to the content you submit
  • Your content does not violate any laws

4. CLIENT CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of submitted content
  • Legal compliance (including copyright, defamation, medical, religious claims)
  • Ownership of materials provided

Reddot Publisher shall not be liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Work may be paused if payment is delayed
  • Final delivery will be made only after full payment clearance

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the customized nature of services:

  • No refunds after project initiation
  • Partial refunds (if any) are at company discretion before work begins

7. REVISION POLICY

  • Maximum 2 revision rounds included
  • Additional revisions will be charged separately

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Full ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment
  • Until then, all materials remain property of Reddot Publisher
  • We reserve the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise

9. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

We assist in publishing on platforms like Amazon KDP.

However:

  • We do not guarantee book approval, ranking, or sales
  • Platform decisions are beyond our control

10. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Timelines are estimates and depend on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Content availability

Delays from the client side may extend deadlines.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Reddot Publisher shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, reputation, or business
  • Platform-related issues (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed
  • Client is unresponsive
  • Content violates legal or ethical standards

No refunds will be issued for completed work.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client data and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.

14. PRIVACY

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to data usage for service delivery and communication.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
